Abstract:
In this observation method, measurement values for an object to be measured in a plurality of different positions on a plane intersecting a depth direction are acquired (S100) from optical coherence tomography. Measurement values for the same depth position in each of the plurality of positions are averaged (S104) in the observation method. The average values at each of the depth positions are summed (S105) in the depth direction in the observation method. A contraction parameter for the object to be measured is calculated (S106) on the basis of the summed values in the observation method.
