Abstract:
An odorless TPU thin film for diapers and a preparation method therefor. The odorless TPU thin film for diapers comprises a TPU nano fiber surface layer, a TPU nano fiber inner layer and a TPU nano fiber bottom layer which are laminated sequentially. The ingredients contained in the TPU nano fiber surface layer, the TPU nano fiber inner layer and the TPU nano fiber bottom layer are dissolved in an organic solvent in respective parts by weight to obtain a solution, and the solution is subjected to multi-nozzle electrospinning for three layers in succession, in order to obtain the odorless TPU thin film for diapers. Each layer has a micro-network structure formed by interweaving nano fibers, which is not conducive to the adhesion of bacterial biofilms, such that the TPU thin film has an excellent antimicrobial performance and stability, and a significantly improved air permeability, and is also simultaneously softer.
