Abstract:
The present invention relates to a TPU-based biomedical 3D printing material and a preparation method therefor. The preparation raw materials comprise the following components: diisocyanate, polyethylene glycol, a chain extender, a catalyst, an antioxidant, polydimethylsiloxane, carboxymethyl chitosan, polylactic acid, a nano-silver modified starch, and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene. The TPU-based biomedical 3D printing material is made by mixing a carboxymethyl chitosan modified polyurethane material and polydimethylsiloxane, wherein chitosan has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, carboxymethyl chitosan serves as a derivative of the chitosan, the introduction of carboxy significantly improves the water solubility of the chitosan, and the coexistence of the two groups, carboxyl and amino, makes the 3D printing material of the present invention have better biocompatibility and antibacterial properties. Polyurethane itself is a material with a better flexibility, and the use thereof together with polydimethylsiloxane can further improve the flexibility and mechanical strength of the 3D printing material.
