Abstract:
Disclosed is an oil fume purifier dispensing with stripping and cleaning. The oil fume purifier comprises a main body (1) and a fume collector hood (2) provided with an oil fume separation mesh, wherein a cleaning water tank (4) is provided at a point inside the main body near to where the main body connects to the fume collector hood, an electrical purifier (5) is shelved in the cleaning water tank, a heating baseplate (6) able to open and close the cleaning water tank is hinged on the fume collector hood, and an arc-shaped rack (7) meshing with an electric motor gear wheel (8) located at the connection point between the main body and the fume collector hood is fixed on the other end of the heating baseplate. A water storage tank (9) with a cleaning water pump shelved therein is provided in the fume collector hood, the water output end of the cleaning water pump is in communication with a water inlet channel (21) located on an inner wall at the rear of the fume collector hood, and an end of the water inlet channel is provided with a water inlet electromagnetic valve (11) able to open and close the water inlet channel and the cleaning water tank. A side of the water inlet electromagnetic valve is also provided with a water outlet electromagnetic valve (12) connected with a water outlet channel (22) located on an inner wall at the rear of the fume collector hood and leading to the water storage tank, and a water level controller (13) is provided in the cleaning water tank. A fan (14) with its air outlet aligned with a through-hole (15) located at the top end of the main body is provided in an inner cavity of the main body and above the cleaning water tank.
