Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an oil-in-water solid cosmetic that enables an oil-in-water formulation to harden into a stable solid form while maintaining resilience imparted by a thickening agent, and that has a desired elastic feel, is easy to scoop with a finger, and imparts superbly fresh feel on use. [Solution] This oil-in-water solid cosmetic comprises: 0.1-5 mass% of a hydrophobic modified polyether urethane (a); 0.01-5 mass% of a hydrophilic platy powder (b); a hydrophobic powder (c); an oil content (d); and water (e).
