Abstract:
An OLED light-emitting device (10), a preparation method therefor and a display device. The OLED light-emitting device (10) comprises: a base substrate (100); a first electrode (200), an organic material functional layer (300) and a transparent or semi-transparent second electrode (400) sequentially arranged on the base substrate (100); a cover layer (500) located on the side of the second electrode (400) away from the base substrate (100). The surface of the cover layer (500) away from the base substrate (100) is non-planar. Light lost in a waveguide mode may be reduced, and light output efficiency may be improved.
