Abstract:
Provided are an OLED light-emitting device, a preparation method therefor and a display device. The OLED light-emitting device comprises: a base substrate, and a first electrode, an organic material functional layer and a second electrode sequentially arranged on the base substrate. The OLED device also comprises: a non-planar layer arranged between the first electrode and the base substrate. The surface of a side of a portion of the non-planar layer corresponding to the first electrode is non-planar, the side being away from the base substrate. The first electrode and/or the second electrode located on an emergent-light side of the OLED light-emitting device comprise a metal layer. Loss caused by light forming a metal surface plasma electromagnetic wave may be reduced, and light output efficiency may be improved.
