Abstract:
An OLED includes an anode, a HIL, a HTL, an EML, an ETL, an EIL and a cathode. The EML
is doped with an electron transport material. A manufacturing method of an OLED
includes the steps below: (1) an ITO plate is cleaned, (2) and then the ITO plate
is processed by using oxygen plasma, (3)and then the HIL, the HTL, the EML, the
ETL, the EIL and the cathode are plated on the ITO plate in sequence, (4) and then
the cathode is plated, (5) at last the OLED can be sealed by a cover which has a desiccant.
And in the step(3), the guest luminescent material can plate with the host luminescent
material and the dopant at the same time.
