Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a simple and effective method for detecting hepatitis B virus and assessing gene diversity. [Solution] The present invention provides an oligonucleotide set for detecting hepatitis B virus and evaluating gene diversity. The oligonucleotide set is selected from (a) an oligonucleotide represented by sequence ID No. 2 and an oligonucleotide represented by sequence ID No. 3 and (b) an oligonucleotide represented by sequence ID No. 4 and an oligonucleotide represented by sequence ID No. 5.
