Abstract:
Provided is an omnidirectional image processing device that can improve the visibility of a designated area being monitored within an omnidirectional image while maintaining the continuity thereof. The omnidirectional image device (400) performs image processing on the omnidirectional image, and is provided with a monitoring area designation unit (405) that designates the area to be monitored within the omnidirectional image, an image rotation unit (406) that rotates the omnidirectional image so that the position of the designated area to be monitored is set in the upper-central part of the image, and a center position movement unit (407) that uses warping to lower the center position of the omnidirectional image that was rotated by the image rotation unit (406).
