Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an online monitoring method for mechanical characteristics of a circuit breaker. The method comprises: step 1, performing sampling to obtain travel data of a circuit breaker during an opening and closing action; step 2, performing calculation on the basis of the travel data to obtain an instantaneous speed set within at least one sampling time; step 3, performing screening on the instantaneous speed set to obtain a maximum instantaneous speed group and a minimum instantaneous speed group; step 4, selecting, from among the maximum instantaneous speed group, an inflection point instantaneous speed that meets the law of instantaneous speeds first increasing and then decreasing, and setting same as a just-closing point instantaneous speed, and selecting, from among the minimum instantaneous speed group, an inflection point instantaneous speed that meets the law of instantaneous speeds first decreasing and then increasing, and setting same as a just-opening point instantaneous speed; and step 5, performing calculation according to the just-closing point instantaneous speed and the just-opening point instantaneous speed to obtain a just-opening/just-closing point moment corresponding to the circuit breaker. Further provided in the present invention is an online monitoring apparatus for mechanical characteristics of a circuit breaker. The method provided in the present invention can realize long-term online determination of a just-opening/just-closing point moment of a circuit breaker.
