Abstract:
An online product ordering method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving, by a purchaser's terminal, a signal for transmission of product-related information included in a purchase list displayed on the purchaser's terminal; transmitting the product-related information to a call center by the purchaser's terminal; and receiving purchase-related information from the purchaser's terminal by the call center, whereby a purchase is determined.
