The present invention relates to the technical field of door/window opening and closing devices. Disclosed is a door/window opening and closing mechanism having a stroke adjustment function, comprising a mounting panel, a stroke adjustment mechanism, and a transmission arm plate. The stroke adjustment mechanism comprises a stroke support, a linear transmission member, a stroke adjustment assembly, and a mounting base. The stroke adjustment assembly comprises a transmission gear, a synchronous pulley, a driven pulley, a synchronous belt, and a sliding base. The present invention is reasonable in design and novel in structure, and has structural characteristics of converting the rotation amount of a door/window into the sliding amount of the door/window, so that in the door/window opening and closing process, the door/window can reciprocate along a door/window mounting surface, and the door/window opening and closing mechanism has the functional effects of preventing collision interference, preventing abrasion, preventing dust accumulation, and improving aesthetics, and can be applied to vehicle doors and windows, conventional doors and windows, appliances or electrical apparatuses having doors or windows, etc.
