Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of integrated circuits. Specifically disclosed is an operational amplifier, which is used for solving the problem of mismatch. The specific implementation solution involves: the operational amplifier comprising a first amplification circuit, a second amplification circuit, a first load circuit, a second load circuit and an offset voltage calibration circuit, wherein the offset voltage calibration circuit is configured to alternately connect the first load circuit to the first amplification circuit and the second amplification circuit, and alternately connect the second load circuit to the first amplification circuit and the second amplification circuit; the first load circuit is used for adjusting a differential signal which is output by the first amplification circuit or the second amplification circuit, and the second load circuit is used for adjusting a differential signal which is output by the first amplification circuit or the second amplification circuit. In this way, the error in an output signal of an operational amplifier caused by an offset voltage can be reduced.
