Abstract:
An operator supporting method for pointing out the improperness of an expression
used by an operator immediately afar the expression and prompting to pay attention
to expressions that the operator uses so as to enable smooth explanation to a customer.
The operator supporting device comprises word input means (101) for converting
a speech into a text, rephrasing rule storage means (104) for storing a rephrasing
rule (R) corresponding to a keyword registered in advance, rephrasing detecting
means (103) for detecting the registered keyword from the text and outputting
a rephrased expression, knowledge level judging means (105) for judging the
knowledge level L of the customer from the text and the outputted rephrased expression,
and an output means (102) for outputting the text and the rephrased expression.
