Abstract:
In a multi-color CARS microscope, it has been difficult to accurately align the optical axis of excitation light and the optical axis of Stokes light and reliably acquire a spectral signal. To address this problem, this optical analysis device uses remaining components of excitation light introduced into an optical waveguide and Stokes light generated in the optical waveguide to cause a sample to generate CARS light.
