Abstract:
An optical coherence tomography image generation device (1) comprises: a three-dimensional tooth information measuring means (3) for measuring a tooth surface shape and a tooth interior as three-dimensional tooth information through optical interferometry by irradiating a tooth (8) with measurement laser light, and for displaying, on a display device (6), a tooth image obtained by visualizing the three-dimensional tooth information; a laser cutting means (5) for cutting the tooth by irradiating the tooth with cutting laser light; a two-dimensional scanning mechanism (41) that two-dimensionally scans laser light, which is the measurement laser light and/or the cutting laser light; a probe (4) that includes the two-dimensional scanning mechanism (41) and that outputs, from a distal end thereof, the laser light having passed through the two-dimensional scanning mechanism (41); and an optical path coaxially arranging means (40) for coaxially arranging the optical path of the measurement laser light entering the two-dimensional scanning mechanism (41) and the optical path of the cutting laser light entering the two-dimensional scanning mechanism (41).
