Abstract:
An optical device that has a mobile part, a main body part, a frame part that surrounds the main body part at a prescribed interval from the main body part, and a plurality of connecting parts that connect the main body part and the frame part to each other. An outer edge part of the main body part includes a first beam part at which the outer edge part is thicker than a center part. The frame part includes a second beam part at which the frame part is thicker than the center part. The width of each connecting part is greater than the interval between the main body part and the frame part and less than the distances from where the frame part is connected to the connecting parts to where the frame part is connected to each of a pair of first torsional support parts and where the frame part is connected to each of a pair of second torsional support parts.
