Abstract:

An optical fiber provided with colored markings at intervals, a preparation method therefor, and an optical cable. The optical fiber provided with colored markings at intervals comprises an optical fiber main body (100), and a plurality of colored layers (200) spaced apart from each other. The colored layers (200) are directly formed on an outer surface of the optical fiber main body (100). The colored layers (200) are directly formed on the surface of the optical fiber main body (100) such that color rings do not need to be used, with the result that no stress is applied to the optical fiber main body (100), and thus the optical fiber provided with colored markings at intervals has less attenuation.
