Abstract:
Provided is a method capable of continuously film-conveying without causing defects in an optical film such as folds, breaks, cracks or ruptures. The optical film conveyance method is a method that conveys an optical film along a conveyance path including a nip roll constituted by a pair of rolls 42. When the optical film passes between the pair of rolls 42, the pressure applied to the widthwise edge sections of the optical film is lower than the pressure applied to the widthwise central section of the optical film.
