Abstract:
According to the present invention, provided are: an optical film having, in order on a base material film, a first cured layer obtained by curing a first curable composition, and a second cured layer obtained by curing a second curable composition, the curable compositions containing a compound that has at least an aliphatic cyclic hydrocarbon group and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, and the second cured layer containing per molecule at least one moiety from -OH, -NHCOO-, and -(C2H4O)-, and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond; a polarizing plate that includes the optical film; and an image display device.
