Disclosed are an optical fingerprint identification device and a display panel having same. The optical fingerprint identification device comprises a light emitting structure and a photosensitive sensor. The light emitting structure comprises: a first transparent electrode; a second non-transparent electrode; an electroluminescence layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a through hole penetrating through the first electrode, the electroluminescence layer and the second electrode. The photosensitive sensor is provided at the side, adjacent to the second electrode, of the light emitting structure, and is used for receiving light transmitting through the through hole and acquiring fingerprint information according to the received light.
