Abstract:
Provided is an optical measurement device for performing a test by reading a coloring state efficiently after the reaction of a reagent by an optical measurement method. The optical measurement device comprises read means including a carrier having one or more reagent holding portions holding a reagent, for reading the coloring state of the reagent holding portion such that the carrier is loaded with one or more test pieces, to which a specimen is applied, and control means for performing a drive control and a testing treatment of the read means. After reaction completing times (Tr1 to Tr6) according to the reagent elapsed from the loading of the test pieces, the control means performs the testing treatment by using the data which was obtained by reading the coloring state of the reagent with a reading treatment (P).
