Abstract:

This optical measuring device includes: a radiating unit which scans a pulse wave and radiates the same onto a sample; a receiving unit which receives a reflected wave consisting of the pulse wave reflected from the sample; a waveform generating unit which generates a time waveform of a signal representing the reflected wave at each of a plurality of scanning positions of the pulse wave; and a waveform correcting unit which detects at least one peak in each time waveform and corrects each time waveform on the basis of the position of each of the at least one peak in each time waveform.
