Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an optical member whereby size reduction can be achieved while electromagnetic wave loss is suppressed, using a metasurface structure, and providing an optical device that uses the optical member. The aforementioned problem is solved by a configuration having a substrate and a metasurface structure which is provided on at least one surface of the substrate and in which a plurality of microstructures are arranged, at least a portion of the metasurface structure having a curved surface shape.
