Abstract:
An optical module assembly device, comprising: a securing member (10) used for securing an optical element to be assembled, a power source component (11) used for supplying power to the optical element to be assembled, and an alignment mechanism (12) used for placing a lens to be assembled at the designated position of the optical element to be assembled; a splitter prism (13) having an incident light face (Si) next to the optical device to be assembled, a first emergent light face (So1) next to the splitter prism (13) and a first image collection device (14) coaxial to the first emergent light face (So1), and a second emergent light face (So2) next to the splitter prism (13) and a second image collection device (15) coaxial to the second emergent light face (So2); and a controller (16) used for controlling the alignment mechanism (12) to adjust the position of the lens to be assembled on the basis of the images photographed by the first image collection device (14) and the second image collection device (15). The present assembly device can reduce the assembling tolerance of the optical module and effectively enhance the optical performance of the optical module.
