Abstract:
An embodiment of the present application relates to the technical field of optical devices, and provided thereby are an optical module and a processing method therefor, and a terminal device. The optical module comprises a lens and a sensor encapsulation body; the lens is located at the uppermost part of the optical module and adheres below a terminal screen, being used for transmitting light that passes through the screen; the sensor encapsulation body comprises an optical sensor, an upper surface of the optical sensor being provided with a photosensitive area, and the photosensitive area being used for receiving light that passes through the lens; the sensor encapsulation body is provided with a cavity, and, by means of the cavity, the photosensitive area of the optical sensor receives the light that passes through the screen. The optical module may balance thickness and performance, guarantee the accuracy of detection and identification, and reduce thickness.
