Abstract:
The present invention provides an optical path system of a dual-channel real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument and a test method. The optical path system comprises a dual-color light excitation module, a microfluidic chip module, a dual-channel fluorescence test module, and an image processing module. The microfluidic chip module is configured to amplify a sample to be tested and acquire fluorescence; the dual-color light excitation module is configured to cause said sample to emit fluorescence, and to separate the excitation light emitted by an excitation light source from the fluorescence emitted by said sample; and the dual-channel fluorescence test module is configured to implement sub-channel transmission of fluorescence having different wavelengths and to adjust the light path of the emitted fluorescence having different wavelengths. In the present invention, the fluorescence of the sample to be tested is excited by means of dual channels, and real-time synchronous imaging of fluorescence having different wavelengths is implemented by a single image capture device, so that costs of the optical path system and the overall instrument are reduced, the design of the optical path system is simple, and the structure of the system is compact, thus reducing the attenuation of optical signal transmission in the optical path system, facilitating the miniaturization and modularization of the overall instrument, avoiding interference between excitation light and fluorescence, and increasing the signal-to-noise ratio of the image capture device and the test sensitivity of the instrument.
