Abstract:
A copper antibacterial plastic masterbatch and a preparation method therefor. The copper antibacterial plastic masterbatch mainly contains an antibacterial mixed powder of cuprous oxide and zinc oxide. The antibacterial mixed powder is mixed with water, and then is grinded into a mixed slurry. The mixed slurry undergoes spray drying at 130°C-150°C to form a refined powder. The refined powder is an additive having the antibacterial effect. The antibacterial refined powder is added to a raw material of the plastic masterbatch at an addition proportion of 12 wt%-15 wt%, and then undergoes preparation processes such as premixing, heating, mixing and stirring, melt blending, extrusion, cooling, and pelletizing to obtain the copper antibacterial plastic masterbatch.
