Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a preamplifier (2) that converts a current signal converted from an input optical signal, to a voltage signal; an LIA (3) that amplifies and limits the voltage signal; a transmission path (4) that connects the preamplifier (2) and the LIA (3); a AC coupling capacitance (5) inserted in the transmission path (4) or at an end of the transmission path (4); a terminal circuit (6) connected to the transmission path (4) and, on the basis of a switching signal, switches to a first resistance value or a second resistance value higher than the first resistance value; and an AC load (10) connected to the transmission path (4), becoming open in a low-frequency range for the voltage signal, and becoming a resistance value whereby impedance matching with the preamplifier (2) and the transmission path (4) is possible in a high-frequency range for the voltage signal. The terminal circuit (6) and the AC load (10) are electrically connected in parallel.
