Abstract:
Provided are an optical transmitter module and an endoscope with which it is possible facilitate downsizing with a more stable configuration. This optical transmitter module comprises an image sensor, a laser element, a laser driver circuit, an optical fiber, a heat radiation wiring, an electrical signal wiring, and a laminated substrate. The image sensor, the laser element, the laser driver circuit, at least a portion of the optical fiber, at least a portion of the heat radiation wiring, at least a portion of the electrical signal wiring, and the laminated substrate are mutually fixed via a molding agent. The endoscope is provided with said optical transmitter module.
