Abstract:
Provided is an oral device for alleviating sleep disorders according to the present invention, which is an oral device for alleviating sleep disorders mounted on the teeth to alleviate sleep disorders, comprising: a main body module including an upper case and a lower case for holding the teeth so that the upper teeth and the lower teeth are respectively inserted therein; and a position adjustment module that is provided in the main body module and adjusts the positions of each of the upper case and the lower case, wherein the position adjustment module individually adjusts the positions of the upper case and the lower case so that the lower case is positioned relatively more forward than the upper case.
