Abstract:
An optical coherence tomography device according to an embodiment comprises: a light source; an optical distributor for adjusting a path of light; a measurement terminal for emitting light, which has been input through the optical distributor, to an object to be photographed and transferring measurement reflection light generated through reflection of the emitted light from the object; a reference terminal for transferring reference reflection light generated on the basis of light which has been input through the optical distributor; a detection part for receiving and analyzing coherence light generated by the reference reflection light and the measurement reflection light; and an image processing part for generating a tomography image of the object to be photographed on the basis of the coherence light which has been analyzed by the detection part. As such, a high-resolution tomography image of a required point can be obtained at a time without alteration of a focus position even for a curved sample through the improvement of depth of focus.
