Abstract:
An organic EL light-emitting device which comprises, in the following order, a light-emitting layer capable of generating light, a light-scattering structure capable of scattering the light, a first light-scattering layer that comprises first light-scattering particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-2 μm and a binder, and a rugged structure with ridges arranged in parallel, wherein the mean free path (L1) of scattered light in the first light-scattering layer and the thickness (D1) of the first light-scattering layer satisfy D1/L1<15.
