Abstract:
Provided is an organic EL panel-use transparent resin layer that can solve problems with light extraction efficiency attributed to the wavelength dependence (wavelength dispersion) of the refractive index of light. In an organic EL panel-use transparent resin layer (12), first fine particles (122) having an average particle diameter of 300 to 50,000 nm and second fine particles (123) having an average particle diameter of 1 to 300 nm are dispersed in a transparent resin (121), and these fine particles have a function as a light scattering material and/or a light dispersing material. Alternatively, in an organic EL panel-use transparent resin layer (42), an uneven structure is formed in a transparent resin (421), and the uneven structure includes first convex parts (422) in which a width and/or a height is 300 to 1,000 nm and second convex parts (423) in which a width and/or a height is 10 to 300 nm, and the shape and/or the size of the convex parts in the uneven structure lacks periodicity.
