The present invention relates to an organic fertilizer pack having an environmentally friendly biodegradable function, wherein: the fertilizer pack for receiving 12 nutrients having organic compost and mineral (manganese, zinc and the like) powder so as to supply plant nutrients and mineral to a bed soil (rearing bed soil member such as soil mix, and moisture absorbing member such as orchid stone, or the like), in which either gardening plants or edible plants are planted, is biodegraded by microorganisms of the rearing bed soil member and the moisture absorbing member after a predetermined time elapses; and the fertilizer pack placed on the rearing bed soil member and the moisture absorbing member is biodegraded by the microorganisms of the rearing bed soil member and the moisture absorbing member after a predetermined time elapses such that it is possible to cultivate environmentally friendly edible or ornamental plants by essentially removing a cause of environmental pollution.
