Abstract:
Provided in the present application is an organic-inorganic hybrid-type composite used in a separator coating for a secondary battery, the organic-inorganic hybrid-type composite being formed from periodic assembly of basic units represented by formula (I) along at least one spatial direction: [Lx-i□i ][MaCb]·Az (I), wherein the percentage of defects, represented by i/x·100%, is 1% to 30%. Further provided in the present application are a coating composition comprising same, a coating formed from said coating composition, a separator comprising said coating for a secondary battery, a secondary battery comprising said separator, a battery module, a battery pack, and an apparatus. By means of using the organic-inorganic hybrid-type composite of the present application in a coating, the electrolyte wettability of a separator for a secondary battery is increased, electrolyte retention is also increased, and thereby the rate capability and the cycle life of a secondary battery are improved.
