The present invention relates to a novel organic electroluminescent compound and an organic electroluminescent element using the same and, more specifically, to a novel compound having an excellent light-emitting ability, and an organic electroluminescent element which contains the novel compound in at least one organic material layer, thereby having improved properties such as high luminous efficiency, a low driving voltage, and a long lifespan .
