An organic light emitting element according to the present invention, comprising a layer 10 having a blue delayed fluorescence material, a layer 11 separately or together including a green fluorescence material and a red fluorescence material, and a spacer layer 12 interposed between the layer 10 and the layer 11, is capable of efficiently emitting white light.
