Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an organic metal complex characterized by being represented by general formula (1). In general formula (1), M represents a metal atom and is selected from Ir, Pt, Os, Rh, Pd and Ru; R1 to R8 independently represent a hydrogen atom and a substituent, in which at least one of R1 to R8 represents the substituent; and at least one of R9 and R10 represents the alkyl group having 2 or less carbon atoms.
