Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a selenium-rich black rice beer, said method including the following steps: preparing raw materials and weighing the raw materials according to the following mass percentages: 30-40% barley, 50-55% black rice grains, 10-15% black rice, and 1-5% hops, wherein the selenium amount in the barley is 0.05mg/kg, the selenium amount in the black rice grains is 0.18mg/kg, and the selenium amount in the black rice is 0.22mg/kg; sequentially performing germination, milling, saccharification, filtration, fermentation and carbonation to obtain black rice beer.
