Abstract:
The purposes of the present invention are: to provide an organic semiconductor element having high carrier mobility, suppressed variation of mobility, and excellent stability over time under high temperature and high humidity, and a method for producing same; to provide a novel compound suitable as an organic semiconductor; and to provide an organic semiconductor film having high mobility, suppressed variation of mobility, and excellent stability over time under high temperature and high humidity, and a method for producing same, as well as an organic semiconductor composition which can suitably be used to form the organic semiconductor film. This organic semiconductor element is characterized by including an organic semiconductor layer containing a compound having a molecular weight of 2,000 or more and including a structural repeating unit represented by formula 1.
