Abstract:
Provided is an organic solvent recovery system whereby it becomes possible to improve the quality of a recovered organic solvent. A treatment target gas, i.e., a gas to be treated, which contains an organic solvent includes a first treatment target gas and a second treatment target gas containing the organic solvent at a lower concentration than that in the first treatment target gas. A condensation recovery derive (10) is configured so as to cool the first treatment target gas to condensate the organic solvent contained in the first treatment target gas and discharge the resultant gas as a cooled gas that contains the organic solvent at a reduced concentration. A merging unit (100) is configured so as to merge the cooled gas and the second treatment target gas together to produce a third treatment target gas. An adsorption/desorption treatment device (50) includes an adsorption/desorption element (52,54) capable of adsorbing and desorbing the organic solvent contained in the third treatment target gas. The adsorption/desorption treatment device (50) alternately performs the adsorption of the organic solvent onto the adsorption/desorption element (52,54) as the result of the introduction of the third treatment target gas and the desorption of the organic solvent from the adsorption/desorption element (52,54) as the result of the introduction of a desorption gas.
