Abstract:
 An organic thin film solar cell provided with a first electrode, a second electrode, and a photoelectric conversion layer arranged there between, the photoelectric conversion layer including polymers comprising structural units represented by formulae (1)-(4); an organic solvent composition; a film formed from the composition; and monomers. R11, R12, R41, R42, and R43 represent specific univalent substituent groups, XA, XB, XC, X11, X31, X32, and X41 represent specific divalent or trivalent groups, and X12 and X21 represent specific divalent groups. Ring A represents an aromatic ring. Ring B represents a single or double aromatic or alicyclic ring. Herein, * represents a bond forming a polymer main chain.
