Abstract:
A orthodontic treatment system, and a design method and a preparation method therefor. The orthodontic treatment system comprises a shell-shaped orthodontic treatment device (100), wherein an orthodontic treatment device body (110) is further provided with an eruption portion (120) spaced apart from one or more teeth which do not grow to a preset eruption parameter; and as an orthodontic treatment plan advances, the eruption portion (120) on each shell-shaped orthodontic treatment device (100) has a constant or basically constant column structure. The shell-shaped orthodontic treatment device (100) has the effect of correcting irregularities of teeth. In addition, the eruption portion (120) is configured to receive teeth which do not grow to the preset eruption parameter, and with the configuration of the eruption portion (120) spaced apart from the erupted tooth, a space for tooth growth will be reserved above the erupted tooth after the orthodontic treatment device body (110) is worn, such that the shell-shaped orthodontic treatment devices (100) will not interfere with the natural growth of the tooth when being worn. In addition, the design and use of the eruption portion (120) are simpler, and the eruption portion (120) can serve as a standard attachment, which can be selected and then inserted into a dental model when in use.
