Abstract:
An oscillation circuit (100) comprises an oscillator (101) and an amplifier circuit (A1) that amplifies the voltage of the oscillator (101). The amplifier circuit (A1) is provided with a first inverter (INV102) which outputs a first input signal to a first node (Np) and a second node (Nn), and a second inverter (INV103) which, with a signal of the first node (Np) and the second node (Nn) as input, outputs an output signal to a third node (ND2). The amplifier circuit (A1) further has a variable resistor (R102) which is connected between the first node (Np) and the second node (Nn) and which is controlled by a control signal.
