Abstract:
Disclosed are an osmium complex, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The method comprises the following steps: adding ammonium chlorosmate and dipyridine into an organic solvent for a reaction so as to obtain a mixed solution; adding a reducing agent into the mixed solution for a reaction so as to obtain an osmium complex precursor; and adding the osmium complex precursor and 5-chlorine-2-benzodiazopyridine into ethylene glycol at a predetermined ratio, reacting same under predetermined reaction conditions, and then adding a target anion, so as to obtain an osmium complex. The osmium complex provided by the invention barely emits fluorescence, has strong cytotoxicity to tumor cells, also has selectivity to cancer cells, and can be used in the field of the Raman imaging of tumor cells.
