Abstract:

Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of mobile wireless access network communication, and provide an OTT call service control method, a controller, and a storage medium. The control method comprises: acquiring an OTT call service guarantee request from a terminal (S110); and according to the OTT call service guarantee request, a network side sending a priority modification instruction to the terminal, such that the priority of an OTT call service of the terminal is higher than or equal to the priority of a voice call service (S120).
