Abstract:
An outdoor unit (1) for an air conditioner, provided with flat heat transfer tubes (21a, 21b) which effectively reduce ventilation resistance. A heat exchanger (2) of the outdoor unit (1) for an air conditioner is provided with the plurality of heat transfer tubes (21a, 21b) and a plurality of fins (22) thermally connected to the heat transfer tubes (21a, 21b). Within the plurality of heat transfer tubes (21a, 21b), flat surfaces of the plurality of heat transfer tubes (21a) arranged above the centre of a fan (3) tilt downwards towards the fan (3), and flat surfaces of the plurality of heat transfer tubes (21b) arranged below the centre of the fan (3) tilt upwards towards the fan (3).
