Abstract:
The present invention provides an outer packaging material for an electricity storage device, the outer packaging material having a structure in which at least a base material layer, an adhesion layer, a metal foil layer, a sealant adhesion layer, and a sealant layer are laminated in that order, wherein the base material layer is a layer composed of a polyamide film having a hot water shrinkage rate of less than 5% at 95 °C and a hot shrinkage rate of 4-16% at 180 °C or a layer composed of a polyester film having a hot water shrinkage rate of less than 5% at 95 °C and a hot shrinkage rate of 10-25% at 180 °C.
